Kiwix-android: Language Activity Test Hangs

When testing the develop branch on my Galaxy S8 testLanguageActivity hangs.

I have disabled that and am poised to rewrite in in #1212

Also I think it works sometimes, I was caught off guard by that damn BaristaRule which by default retries each test 3 times and winds up giving you a different error than what the test actually failed with the first time

@mhutti Do you still suffer of that problem if you reactivate the test?

This still needs to be rewritten, with OPDS integration and lots of work around filters/search capability I think this screen is going to change, perhaps substantially so I would prefer to do it after that

@abdulwd Do you think this is a ticket you could fix? This is a pretty annoying one and I would really like to have this test in 3.3.

Any test should be written as a robot.

However I still don't think we should bother testing this because it should be changing radically
