Edit : Problem solved !!!!!! Try this app called "Merge +" by Contacts Plus Team. It merges all of your duplicates in seconds.

I had this too. Apparently contacts with Whatsapp would have appeared twice. It is fixed for me in 3.4.0.

Same problem. My contacts app is extracting all the whatsapp contacts and generating duplicates. Hence they appear twice in KISS.

Manually "merging" them solves the problem, but it can be time-consuming if you have too many contacts.
