Kibana version:
7.8 BC3
Describe the bug:
Going to the 'Data Streams' or 'Fleet' UI views will show some overlapping text, makes it hard to read. While it is old, we still support IE 11 and this would be nice to look at sometime.
Expected behavior:
text doesn't overlap
Screenshots (if relevant):

Errors in browser console (if relevant):
none
Pinging @elastic/ingest-management (Team:Ingest Management)
this particular IE 11 was from a Win 7 x86 OS.

Unsure if using BrowserStack would work to reproduce or not. And I've seen other IE 11 instances working ok, so this one vm may be just so old that we can safely ignore it? But I wanted to log it for public review
@EricDavisX This is weird, I believe we aren't using anything fancy here, @hbharding wdyt?
@ph IE has some flexbox quirks, which is probably what this is
@Jen-Huang Well it's IE :), these kinds of CSS problem are they handled by individual team (like US) or they need to be raised outside to another team?
@ph It will be up to us to identify the issue. Most times we will also do the fix, and in some rare cases it's a problem with the actual EUI component(s) which should be addressed by EUI team (I don't think that is the case here).
Thanks @jen-huang for clarification.
I'm closing this issue as Kibana will deprecate support for IE11 in 7.9.
Bug Conversion:
Test-Case is not required for this ticket since IE11 browser is not supported anymore.
