Pinging @elastic/kibana-docs

It looks like this is being removed for 7.4 https://github.com/elastic/kibana/pull/45863

@Titch990 if this is being removed in 7.4, can we close this issue?

We're now targeting 7.5, so it still needs documentation.

@sgrodzicki With the deadline getting closer and myself being the only writer, I'm going to need a developer to take a first stab at this documentation. I can review, edit, format, etc.

A draft was created in https://github.com/elastic/kibana/pull/49165, but it might be better to start from scratch.

@Kerry350 would you mind helping?

@sgrodzicki @bmorelli25 Sure 馃憢 The draft PR that was linked wasn鈥檛 written by me, but I did meet with the author for an hour to talk through the functionality before she wrote the docs. I feel like starting from scratch would mostly be a wasted / duplicated effort (especially with that PR having a first pass review).

I could leave comments on that original PR where something is slightly off from a technical aspect? Or I can copy what was there (it honestly seems 99% on point from the technical angle), make slight adjustments, and open a new PR?

@Kerry350 Awesome, thank you! If you think the technical aspect looks good on the first pr, then I see two options:
1) You can respond to the questions Kaarina asks in #49165 and leave any other comments you have. I will then open a new PR with all of the changes.
2) You can copy over what's there, make slight adjustments, and open a new PR.

Whichever is easiest for you is fine with me. Thanks again.

@bmorelli25 No problem! Let's go with 1 to keep the original context on the comments etc. I'm on vacation tomorrow, but will jump on this on Friday.

@bmorelli25 I've responded to the technical, non-writing, questions in #49165. Let me know if you need any more information. Please add me as a reviewer to the new PR when you open it (I'll likely miss it otherwise 馃槵) and I'll do a fresh pass on the refined version.
