Kibana: NPM package jsts breaks kibana in IE11

Describe the bug:
There's a new npm package, ists, that causes an syntax error in IE11

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log into Kibana in IE11
  2. You will be redirected to the "Something went wrong" screen

Expected behavior:
You log in successfully and see the

@joshdover Thanks! I think we're good. Looks like we should have a fix in place shortly using the jsts es5 output package

Thanks @aaronjcaldwell, @joshdover we really want to make transpiling node_modules a last resort, after searching for other package options.
