Kibana: [i1810] Uptime on home page is translated whereas on sidebar it isn't

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): from staging

Describe the bug: Uptime on homepage is translated but on side nav bar it isn't. Logging this after talking with Jin.
