Kendo-angular: Use Angular 9 for the examples on the STACKBLITZ service

An Angular workspace on the STACKBLITZ service is now shipped with version 9 by default. Since the Angular team have started using Ivy, it would be nice if your demo examples were updated to the newest version of the used framework.

We had some issues last time we tried migrating to v9, but these seem to be solved now.

@destus90 I am sorry, this was a mistake on my side. I am reopening this issue and once our demo examples are migrated to the latest version of Angular in StackBlitz by default, I will post an update here. Thanks!
