I upgraded from karate 6.0 to 7.0 with the required java 8 version and although all senarios pass; they are unrooted. This means that they are not seen as children of a feature to the junit runner. I have done an quick quick investigation and it appears to be related to the new Karate class description handling.
hmph. would have been nice if folks had tried all the RC releases and reported this way earlier :
I'm inclined to think that this is an Eclipse bug: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/48795408/unrooted-tests-displayed-in-junit-runner
I cannot install java 1.8.0_112 at work. I only found it at home. I agree that it鈥檚 most likely a bug in eclipse. As I said before, things work fine just not so nice while developing. Anyway, I will have a look over the weekend if there is something that can be done.
@jbadeau no worries. I also can see where I made changes in the description which confuses eclipse. I will keep this thread updated in case if figure this out
@jbadeau can you take a look. it looks fixed
Using a build from develop branch, this fix appears to have resolved the issue.
Awesome. Will also verify tomorrow too. Thanx for the fast fix
this has been released as 0.7.0.1
This is resolved for me with this build. Thanks for fixing.
