Karabiner-elements: pqrs.org seems to be down

I can't download the package since your website is down.
Also while trying to build the package locally it doesn't work and I get this error:

I'm seeing errors from the Check for Update in the app too; seems like it might be more reliable to host the binaries for releases on GH?
