Karabiner not working. Log message:

I can confirm that Karabiner Elements stopped working with MacOS 10.13.6

This made me realize just how much I depend on Karabiner for my workflow, so I made a donation. Hope that helps :-)

Just built Karabiner Elements 12.1.4 from source and that version works. I see now in the logs that few lines below that error, virtual_hid_device_client does connect, but I can't verify if that was the culprit as I don't have the log messages from 12.1.0 anymore.

I had the same problem and I can confirm that it's fixed when updating to the beta Karabiner Elements 12.1.4

Updating to the 12.1.4 beta resolved the problem for me.

having same problem on mojave 10.14.6. my shift key is stuck. i remapped it to caps-lock but caps-lock is working as usual.
