Please confirm the latest beta version. (v11.3.1)

Your bluetooth keyboard does not have own vendor id, thus Karabiner-Elements treat it as Apple devices and disable it since Karabiner-Elements ignore Apple pointing devices.
I've changed to enable devices which have keyboard interface.

I don't see this Devices tab at all? I also have a DREVO Calibur 71 and I'm trying to figure out how to swap the Alt Key and the Windows key. I'm using 10.22.0 of Karabiner.
