k9s releases on chocolatey

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Given how many amazing features get released at torrid pace, and how irreplaceable k9s is on a daily basis, it would be great to make updates easier, on all platforms, but windows in particular.

Describe the solution you'd like
release through chocolatey would be great, just like kubernetes-cli, helm, istioctl and other kubernetes related commands, allowing for updates to be easier to notice and update.

@zoranpopovic Thank you for this issue and your kind words! I love the idea! Taking a quick spin thru chocolatey most of the tools you've mentioned are mostly supported by individual contributors. At this time I don't have access to a windows box and it looks like the package publisher is windows only.

So I think it would be awesome If you or others here would like to help us and contribute a k9s chocolatey package!
