K9s: please provide a stable naming for the artifact.

3rd party tools like asdf will break frequently in providing k9s in automation scripts.
Describe the solution you'd like
the release artifact MUST have always the same naming scheme, and only change when there are technical reasons.
Describe alternatives you've considered
The alternative is to fork the asdf plugin that installs k9s downstream and modify the installation process.

@krysopath @looztra Thank you both for your feedback! Sorry for the disturbance in the force. I had flipped the pre-release bit off, I think sometimes after 0.14 and that caused the release assets url to change. I'll do my best to keep things stable but not entirely up to me since we're using a 3rd party tool to gen the assets and we're still in v0.X.Y stage until k9s stabilizes a bit more.
