K9s: Disable metrics columns

Is metrics server is not installed in the cluster, the metrics columns are showing N/A

@dimm0 Funny you should say that, I was looking into it and come to the exact same conclusion ie why clutter the views when no metrics are available. Tx for your suggestion!!

I was going to open an issue about this. In fact, I would much prefer advanced options to pick and choose which columns I want to appear by default. For instance, I really miss having pod IPs showing in the default view (not having to CTRL+W to see those). Those are really valuable when while diagnosing problems in the cluster.

Instead of hard coding which columns should be visible, I'm happy to wait for a more flexible solution that we can customize.

EDIT: I suppose this idea should be covered by https://github.com/derailed/k9s/issues/398.

@dimm0 @juliohm1978 Thank you both for weighting in! I think I have a good plan for this and yes the IP address was indeed a mistake on my part. So they'll be back in the next drop.
