It's really annoying when a storage block or smalldust recipe shows up first, so some way to make circular recipes show up last. (Circular recipes are recipes like 9 ingots to block, 1 block to 9 ingots, and 4 smalldust to dust, 1 dust to 4 smalldust)

As discussed in IRC:
I want to add a "low priority" flag to recipes. This avoids most of the priority-competition.
This could help show the most relevant recipes first.
When looking up recipes, JEI can pick the first category that isn't all low priority recipes, and order low priority last.
