Not currently. Haven't looked into jupyter lab much but it's been on my todo list for a while. I'll post an update here whenever I get around to checking it out.

FYI the beta release series of JupyterLab has recently begun. I'm guessing many people will begin moving away from jupyter notebook in the coming months/years. Would be awesome to have these themes in jupyterlab someday.
