Julia: Rename Pkg -> OldPkg, Pkg3 -> Pkg to reclaim the name `Pkg` in 1.0

So that we can reclaim the name Pkg in 1.0; may be annoying to change the existing deprecation.

Existing examples (on forums like Discourse, Stack Overflow, etc) of the form Pkg.something would continue to work, wouldn't they? It is my impression that Pkg3 and Pkg(2) share most of the vocabulary, and aliases are provided for changes.

Yes, the plan is to make it a drop in replacement as much as possible.
