Json-server: Is there GraphQL on top of JSON-server example

You know what would be a great thing? GraphQL on top of json-server, maybe even as a proxy. Has anyone done this yet by any chance? I could not find anything...

We've started something like that in admin-on-rest, we're in the process of extracting it to make it a standalone project.

@fzaninotto I think you could send a PR for README.md, which adds json-graphql-server to 'Links' section, and close this issue with that PR.
