For example, to regenerate the paper pdf after making changes in the paper's md or bib files, type:

PDF failed to compile for issue #2470 with the following error:

Can't find any papers to compile :-(

Hi @ritagnunes, it looks like the URL you included when submitting is incorrect. Can you fix this?

The full URL should be: https://github.com/ritagnunes/PulseqDiffusion
Thanks

@arfon can we tell whedon to update the repo URL to https://github.com/ritagnunes/PulseqDiffusion for checking and building the paper?

I edited the metadata above manually, but I assume that doesn't change anything internally

@arfon can we tell whedon to update the repo URL to https://github.com/ritagnunes/PulseqDiffusion for checking and building the paper?

I've fixed this on the back end too. For now there's not a Whedon-way to do this.
