:wave: @cicirello - Thanks for your submission to JOSS. As described in our blog post announcing the reopening of JOSS, we're currently working in a "reduced service mode", limiting the number of papers assigned to any individual editor.

Since reopening JOSS earlier in the month we've had a very large number of papers submitted and as such, yours has been put in our backlog that we will be working through over the coming weeks and months.

Thanks in advance for your patience!

@whedon invite @galessiorob as editor

:wave: @galessiorob - would you be willing to edit this submission for JOSS?

@galessiorob has been invited to edit this submission.

馃憢 Hi @cicirello!

I am in the process of assigning reviewers to this submission, but if you have any suggestions for reviewers please let me know.

In the meantime, it looks like you're only missing 2 DOIs, if you could nail those down that would be great.

Many thanks!

@whedon assign @galessiorob as editor

OK, the editor is @galessiorob

Hi @galessiorob,

I added the one actually missing doi. The other identified by whedon is not correct. The reference is to a book that doesn't have a doi, and whedon incorrectly identified a doi to someone's review of the book. I added the isbn of the book instead. That seems to accomplish essentially the same thing in that the pdf that whedon generated added a link to a permanent record of the book in worldcat.

Here are a couple possible reviewers (mbdemoraes, danieledipompeo, professoralkmin). I don't know them, and don't know their availability. I found them by skimming JOSS's reviewer list.

@cicirello thanks for the suggestions, let me reach out to them and check their availability.

@whedon generate pdf

@whedon assign @mbdemoraes as reviewer

Thanks for volunteering to review Matheus!

OK, @mbdemoraes is now a reviewer

@whedon add @nnadeau as reviewer

OK, @nnadeau is now a reviewer

@whedon generate pdf

@whedon start review

OK, I've started the review over in https://github.com/openjournals/joss-reviews/issues/2448.
