Hey @jboynyc @gkthiruvathukal I am looking for more packages to review, and even though I have not contributed to textnets, I have knowledge about spacy and text analysis and community detection algorithms.
I would be happy to take this up.

👋 @jboynyc - Thanks for your submission to JOSS. As described in our blog post announcing the reopening of JOSS, we're currently working in a "reduced service mode", limiting the number of papers assigned to any individual editor.

Since reopening JOSS earlier in the month we've had a very large number of papers submitted and as such, yours has been put in our backlog that we will be working through over the coming weeks and months.

Thanks in advance for your patience!

Sounds good, thanks! Possible reviewers include contributors to cbail/textnets, alexhanna, cmaimone, tresoldi, and nniiicc. I'll update this comment if I find any more.

@whedon assign @gkthiruvathukal as editor

OK, the editor is @gkthiruvathukal

Hi @jboynyc, can you please suggest some potential reviewers from the list of people (see top of this thread)? Thanks.

Possible reviewers I've been able to identify include alexhanna, cmaimone, tresoldi, and nniiicc. Contributors to cbail/textnets would also be well suited (but don't appear in the reviewer list).

@alexhanna and @cmaimone, I am in need of 2 reviewers for this JOSS submission. Are either or both of you willing to serve as reviewers?

I've got 2 open reviews. I'd like to complete those before committing to
any additional ones.

@cmaimone Thank you for your quick response. I should have checked your reviewer workload first!

I don't have the bandwidth for this right now. Check with me in two weeks.

👋 hi everybody!

It looks like @gkthiruvathukal has a lead to one potential reviewer here. We'll need more effort to find a second reviewer—times are tough, so we need to be patient, but I think this needs a circle back!

@sara-02 Thanks. I'm reading your follow-up as a willingness to serve as a reviewer for this submission. Can I go ahead and assign you as a reviewer? I still need to invite one other, which I will do now.

@tresoldi are you willing to contribute a review for this JOSS submission?

@gkthiruvathukal Yes. Happy to help on this one.

Thanks, @sara-02, I will assign you now!

@whedon assign @sara-02 as reviewer.

OK, @sara-02 is now a reviewer

@gkthiruvathukal yes, glad to help, but I can only work on it from next week on (currently on vacation)

@tresoldi Thanks so much! That is not a problem at all. I will add you now and get this review started.

@whedon add @tresoldi as reviewer

OK, @tresoldi is now a reviewer

@whedon start review

OK, I've started the review over in https://github.com/openjournals/joss-reviews/issues/2594.
