What happens now?

This submission is currently in a pre-review state which means we are waiting for an editor to be assigned and for them to find some reviewers for your submission. This may take anything between a few hours to a couple of weeks. Thanks for your patience :smile_cat:

You can help the editor by looking at this list of potential reviewers to identify individuals who might be able to review your submission (please start at the bottom of the list). Also, feel free to suggest individuals who are not on this list by mentioning their GitHub handles here.

Attempting PDF compilation. Reticulating splines etc...

Hi @mbobra, can you edit this submission?

Yup @kyleniemeyer, I'd be happy to!

@whedon assign @mbobra as editor

OK, the editor is @mbobra

Hi @mmhs013, would you like to suggest any referees from this list of JOSS reviewers?

I would like to suggest @dhhagan and @molgor from this list.

👋 @dhhagan @molgor Would you be willing to review this submission for JOSS?

@mbobra: If it can wait until next week, then absolutely!

Hi Mónica,

I cannot do this at the moment. I'll submit my PhD thesis in two months.

Sorry about that.

Best wishes,

Juan

@molgor No worries! And good luck :)

@dhhagan Awesome, thanks! Yes, next week is totally fine (and you can take longer than that if needed). Once I find another reviewer, I'll assign you both at the same time.

👋 @nanhung Would you be willing to review this submission for JOSS?

@mbobra Thanks for the invitation. Unfortunately, I'm not an expert in this area. Sorry about that...

@mbobra, Mann Kendall is a statistical trend test which is mostly used in climate science, atmospheric science, hydrology etc. So, I think @Chilipp, @andreas-h, @sgrieve, @dvalters might be familiar with this functions. You can invite them for review this submission.

Sorry too busy with other things at the moment, not familiar with that
particular test.
