Reviewers and authors:
Please avoid lengthy details of difficulties in the review thread. Instead, please create a new issue in the target repository and link to those issues (especially acceptance-blockers) in the review thread below. (For completists: if the target issue tracker is also on GitHub, linking the review thread in the issue or vice versa will create corresponding breadcrumb trails in the link target.)
@chfi, please carry out your review in this issue by updating the checklist below (please make sure you're logged in to GitHub). The reviewer guidelines are available here: http://joss.theoj.org/about#reviewer_guidelines. Any questions/concerns please let @pjotrp know.

If you haven't already, you should seriously consider unsubscribing from GitHub notifications for this (https://github.com/openjournals/joss-reviews) repository. As as reviewer, you're probably currently watching this repository which means for GitHub's default behaviour you will receive notifications (emails) for all reviews ๐ฟ

Dear @aokad, @chfi will review your interesting submission. To expedite the process please go through above check list and see if we can tick (most) boxes. That would be very helpful. When you confirm you are set Christian will take over. Thanks, Pj.
Dear @pjotrp, @chfi,
I really appreciate the prompt response to our submission.
As far as I confirmed, I believe our software satisfies most of the check list except:
Excellent. @chfi feel free to start.
Dear @aokad, your submission looks very good. Installing and running was a breeze, and everything appears to work just as the excellent documentation says it should. The only things I found missing are the three parts you already identified and are working on :)
Thanks @chfi! @aokad tell us when you are ready and we can wrap up.
Dear @pjotrp, @chfi,
I have resolved.
Please kindly let me.
Looks good! I'm ready to accept this submission.

@aokad - apologies for the late reply to this thread but could you please add a little more detail to your paper. Please see the guidance for authors here.
In particular, please note these three requests from the author guidelines:
- A summary describing the high-level functionality and purpose of the software for a diverse, non-specialist audience
- A clear statement of need that illustrates the purpose of the software
- Mentions (if applicable) of any ongoing research projects using the software or recent scholarly publications enabled by it
Yes, main thing is to make it clear to readers what it is about. See it as an advertisement for your work. A figure is usually a good idea. See one of our own papers as an example.
@arfon, @pjotrp, thank you very much for the suggestion.
I have included detailed description on our software. Please let me know if there is any idea for improving the paper.

@aokad - many thanks for adding some more detail to your submission. At this point could you make an archive of the reviewed software in Zenodo/figshare/other service and update this thread with the DOI of the archive? I can then move forward with accepting the submission.
@aokad, it looks very nice! Can you check the generated PDF - there are some extraneous dashes (word breaks) and you may want to introduce a page break for the figure. If you have any plans for the future with this tooling I would add a short description of that too.
