Jest: New release

Can we have a new patch release? it's been a while since last release - https://github.com/facebook/jest/releases/tag/v24.8.0

Personally, I need fix for drifting inline snapshots: https://github.com/facebook/jest/commit/9ac8ca7f32c1b22d583f868a480ae117f09c6ef0, and as I can see there are a lot of other fixes.

@SimenB could you make this happen please? My current workflow involves doing a global find/replace of 

toMatchInlineSnapshot(`

with 

toMatchInlineSnapshot(`sdf

then running a jest -u each time I make a change to snapshots.

It's a hassle I feel many users are experiencing.
