Jest: Ability of exclude folders/patterns in `__test__` folder.

It be nice to have ability for exclude some folders/patterns in __test__ folder.
Looks like there is no way for this right now.

Use testRegex or testMatch config options :) Excluding will be simpler with regexps though.
You can also use testPathIgnorePatterns.
