My download speed is fine, the upload speed too, so i don't see what the problem could be.

This is common with reconnecting to discord too frequently (Like restarting in an IDE many times) for the most part it can safely be ignored because it'll correct itself.

Idk why but my bot seems to get slower everytime that message pops up

As nothing else has been said about this and we've not had a ton of reports, going to file this under "user internet problems" and close this.
