Unable to Re-Add IPTorrents as an Indexer

Afre Upgrading to 0.16.1996.0 to fix the IPTorrents Issue, I tried to Re-Add the IPTorrents indexer.
I got a fresh Cookie but I keep getting the "Your cookie did not work: Parse error"
