make sure we don't use the wrong url
see if there are any that we may be interested in creating a definitions for

Here's a start for HacheDe. I couldn't make it work, but at least the category legwork is complete.

It seems to login just fine, but the parse errors just piled up. Maybe someone can recognize the software and crack it.

@RicardoVelaC I don´t have access to xBytesv2, but, try to change the login path, from sbg_login_classic.php to index.php?page=login.
And in the links section, remove sbg_login_classic.php, only http://xbytesv2.li/

There are less to complete the list.. :smiley:

HacheDe and PuntoTorrent work like a charm, however HDCity logs correctly but neither it succesfully pass the test nor it founds any results.
Logging to the web via chrome/edge from the same IP and pasting the search url that Jackett uses (extracted from the log) works.
Anyone else having this problem?

Maybe it´s a parse error.. If you can post the url, we can test from Jackett to see if someone gets results with that same url.

You are exposing all your personal data (username, user_id, cookies!!)

I saw the word you used for search, in web there are 3 results, but jacket found 0...

Started Jackett, added HDCity indexer, username and password, OK
Search with word "Jacques" and 0 f* results! How its possible lol!!

Might it be a problem with IP/cookies?
Does Jacket use some short of proxy for the searches? Sometimes HDCity only allows to access the web interface from specific IPs and you need to ask them to include your IP if it changes.

the log which was temporarily posted indicated a problem with the rows selector, no proxy issue or something else. Might be some kind of user profile setting (classic/modem view, etc.) causing it.

And, do you know how to change the theme in HDCity??

LOL!!!! Its the theme. You have to login in HDCity web page. Then You will see a section where is your username, Rank, H&R, etc... There you will see a combo list with a text "HDCity_HD", change it to "HDCity".

Then you can go to Jackett, and you will have results in your searches!!

Hi! Im'm trying to do the xbytesv2 indexer, but I'm having an error when I try to login in the indexer
"An error occured while updating this indexer
Error: Members"
The only thing I found in the website, is at the bottom of the page there is the "Members" word.
Do you know what could be the error? Maybe I have to filter this value? I'm so lost, because I'm noob doing this, sorry :(

I'm testing the indexer with Sickrage, and I have a problem with xbytes format. The episode names are like this "Sucesor Designado (2017/S02/E12/AMZN WEB DL 1080p/AC3 5 1/DUAL/SUB) Grupo V2". If I search "Sucesor Designado S02" there is no problem, but If I search "Sucesor Designado S02E12" is not finding anything. I'm tesing this:

But is not working. Anybody knows some way to replace S02E12 to S02/E12 ?

In xbytesv2 one user uploaded one episode with S02E12 without "/" and it
works perfect. But 99% is uploaded with S00/E00. Tomorrow I will follow

Hi @kaso17 , yes it does. But I think that is not the problem. If I check
enhanced logging, when I search for the title, in logs appears always the
same. I think the problem is the replacement is not working properly. If
you take look to the URL doesn't appear "S02/E12" or "S02AAAAAE02",
whatever I configure in the replacement, it doesn't appear in logs.

This is a known sickrage bug, probably will never get fixed.

I believe it's fixed in the medusa fork

You can make changes to the file by clicking on the pen icon on the top right at https://github.com/Jackett/Jackett/blob/master/src/Jackett.Common/Definitions/xbytes2.yml now.

I removed the sickrage hack. Working around this bug in the definition isn't the right way. This needs to be fixed either on the sickrage site (preferably but unlikely) or as a workaround/hack on the jackett side (if user-agent == sickrage then don't offer/ignore season/episode query parameters).

I personally won't implement this because I lost all respect for the sickrage developer. My personal suggestion is to change to the medusa fork (which seems to have this fixed) or sonarr/radarr.

to make sickrage/medusa/sonarr grab the torrent you probably have to apply some regex filters to the title field to convert the non scene title to a more scene like title.

e.g.
Sucesor Designado (2017/S02/E12/AMZN WEB DL 1080p/AC3 5 1/DUAL/SUB)
should become
Sucesor Designado 2017 S02E12 AMZN WEB DL 1080p AC3 5 1 DUAL SUB

I found the problem why sickrage or medusa can't grab episodes from xbytesv2. The problem was the year. When you perform a search, jackett finds the episode, but sickrage doesn't like it, because the format is "Homeland.2018". When I remove the year from the search, sickrage snatch the episode.
The problem is that I think is not the best way to do this, I put this at the yml:

args: ["2018", ""]
This only works for this year, how could I change this to make it more standard?

How are releases of new shows with identical names as old ones and remakes named? E.g. Doctor Who releases should contain 2005 (first aired) in the title.

regarding your question:
instead of mutiple filters (one for each year) you should use a regex like "20[0-2][0-9]" which essentially will match all numbers from 2000 to 2029

I see one more problem.
There are multiple tr with the date info into the table, mixed with the search results, and I don´t know how to skip them...

Maybe all Jackett fields must be optional?? A screenshot with example....

@kicker83 based on the example provided by @RicardoVelaC you just can use the same selector you used for details and add a simple replace filter (replace page=torrent-details with page=downloadcheck).

@Albvadi: you have to adjust the rows selector so it doesn't match the date headers.
Assuming the data rows don't contain any links you can just change it to ... tr:has(a)

I don't use sonarr only medusa and radarr. I try potatocouch but doesn't search anything at all, I have errors with jackett connection.

I tried mejortorrent with movies with the latest realease.
When I search a movie, for example "el cuaderno de sara" by default it doesn't search anything in radarr, but if I enable to remove the year as you commented before it works perfectly for now. I will do more test next days.
In Jackett it works perfectly the search of the movies, if you had MejorTorrent before, after the last realease I didn't change anything.

Well I have the first problem after being testing some films.
With Blade Runner 2049 there is a problem. Radarr says "failed to map the movie".
With El corredor del laberinto: La cura mortal Radarr doesn't give me any result but jackett does.
I thing that here the problem could be in Radarr, right?
Finally Molly's Game but here the problem is with the alternative title, that is wrong, I've written in the forum of TMDB to tell them.

The Blade Runner 2049 problem is Radarr's, looks like it thinks is a release of 2049 instead 2017.

The other one, Radarr sanitize the query before the search, removing ":", I think that I can implement another different search algorithm, but is not as simple as remove or add one character, so I have to re-write part of the indexer.

Hi,
I have a problem with HDSpain indexer. In Jackett works perfect, but when Medusa tries to bring the results from Jackett, there is a problem parsing the results. Maybe the "1x01" format?
Anyone could help me to know what is happening?

this has now been completed.

This ticket has grown more threads than an octopus and issues that these indexers have spawned should have been opened in separate tickets so they could be more easily tracked when resolved.

hola buenas, yo tengo un problemas que es que sonar me manda a jackett que busque por ejemplo The Rook S01E03 y jacket devuelve 0, tras mirar manualmente en jackett The Rook S01E03 NO MUESTRA NADA, pero The Rook T01E03 si muestra resultados, alguna solucion? de Seasson a Temporada?

@ibanana please raise a new ticket, stating the indexer you are using, the version of jackett, and the problem in english.
This is an English site, we don't speak Spanish, and Google translate can make a mess of the translations and we would rather not have any miscommunications ;-)

Hi! hachede private tracker is not working. Is using cookie method auth, but it's failing the test when copy pasting the cookie string.

Please provide the full enhanced log file.

scroll down to the bottom of the Jackett Dashboard and tick the enhanced Logging checkbox
scroll up a bit and click on the apply server settings button
repeat the test
find the log.txt file (linux ~/.config/Jackett/, windows %ProgramData%\Jackett)
edit it with a plain text editor, redacting any personal details, usernames, passwords, passkeys, hashes etc.
save, then drag-drop it here for us to take a look at.

Hi @garfield69 I'm using a docker image from linuxserver.io so I don't know where to find the logs... If you can provide some details about this i'm willing to help.

unfortunately the log does not give a clue as to what may be going on.
it all looks fairly normal right up to the point where jackett does a
https://hachede.me/?p=torrents&page=1&pid=10&keywords=&search_type=name&searchin=title
and instead of getting search results, hachede presents the login page.

so here is what I would like you to try.
Use your browser and manually login to hachede.
check that your account does not have any outstanding alerts, mail, notices, and check your ratio is good.
then click on https://hachede.me/?p=torrents&page=1&pid=10&keywords=&search_type=name&searchin=title
and see if you get search results or not.
if it works then this suggest that the problem is with your cookie that you used.
and if it does not work then that suggest there is something wrong with either the search url structure or with your account (bad ratio or disabled or something?).

@Albvadi @keystorm presumably you still have an account on hachede, is the jackett indexer for this site working for you?

I've found the issue. I was using a Cookie generated on a browser from a diferent external IP, so thats why hachedeme was redirecting to login page using this cookie... So it was my fault.

Now, doing it again at home (where my jackett is) is working well.
