Iridium: Playlist autoplay control

Enable/Disable automatically continuing the playlist when a video ends. Same as Youtube+.

@Qwash Unless the feature is being worked on, it will stay closed:

• There is currently no intention to accept feature requests, but they can be requested nonetheless for future consideration
• Feature requests will be automatically closed and labeled as "Feature" for easier access and better organization
• If a feature request is considered to be implemented it will be re-opened for the duration of the implementation

Until this is added here, this tiny userscript disables playlist advancement and seems compatible with Iridium https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/7186-youtube-prevent-playlist-auto-advance-html5

All it does is pause the video a fraction of a second before it ends.
