Could this be a possible solution for the Error: Loading chunk ... failed error? Would be cool to try to bump up the version of webpack

Please update to latest webpack. It contains the following fix https://github.com/webpack/webpack/pull/5559 and shows more detailed error message when "Loading chunk failed..." error happens.
This error is experienced by multiple people here https://forum.ionicframework.com/t/uncaught-in-promise-error-loading-chunk-20-failed/126937/49 and we do not have a good way to diagnose this because old version webpack do not have this detailed error message.

Please update to latest webpack. It contains the following fix https://github.com/webpack/webpack/pull/5559 and shows more detailed error message when "Loading chunk failed..." error happens.
