Ionic-app-scripts: lint very slow

Short description of the problem:

Lint is very slow.

What behavior are you expecting?

lint in less than ~20 seconds.

Steps to reproduce:

1. ionic-app-scripts build --prod

Running ionic-app-scripts lint takes ~ 400s for me with 1.3.8 and same takes ~ 3.09 s with 1.3.7

Because of the updated deps lint "more". We are working on updating to a newer version: https://github.com/ionic-team/ionic-app-scripts/pull/1024

I've updated to ionic-app-scripts 1.3.12 and I'm still getting: " lint finished in 322.80 s"

Same here. Had to downgrade to 1.3.7.
