The current workaround for me is to run npm uninstall @types/lodash --save-dev

I had the same issue and solved it by installing typescript 2.0 compatible types.
Use this in your package.json:
"@types/lodash": "ts2.0",
The latest lodash uses typescript 2.1 which is not compatible with ionic right now which uses ts 2.0 still.

You could also just not use types for now. Either way works.
I'm going to close this issue as there's no action to take here from Ionic. We can't use TS 2.1 yet because Angular AoT doesn't support it yet.

@danbucholtz the problem is that it gets added as a dependency as soon as I try to add smth.. so i have to constantly remove it.

Apparently the package @types/[email protected] points to v.4.14.61, I worked installing v.4.14.50
