The cyrillic letters 袣(uppercase only) and 褑(lowercase only) look bad.
The 袣 has too wide upper leg in bold weights and unproportional center bar in light weights. The lowercase 泻 and 袞 in both cases look great.
笑's descender is separated from the glyph that causes space between them and misalignment in small sizes. The upper-case glyph looks also great.
I compared this glyphs with Roboto's glyphs in above picture:

So, I am not a graphic designer, but I am a native Cyrillic person, so I hope these tips will be helpful
First of all, the descenders on 褑 and 褖 should be identical because they are pretty much the same letter with a different amount of "poles".
Secondly, the descenders on both 褑 and 褖 are sticking out too far on the right, and you should move them left by 50% of their width.
Also, the descender on 褑 is moved down a bit and not slanted like 褖, you should probably fix that.
Here's a Figma file with my fix ideas:

I really love Inter, but these letters are dealbreakers for me
Hi @rsms! Thanks for updating to 3.12. However, there is still some issues with cyrillic glyphs. I would fix them by yourself and make a pull request, but I don't have a Mac. So I've made a Figma file with my improvements.

Thank you @sk1nzz! The file 404s for me. Did you perhaps delete it or change permissions?
