Intellij-elixir: Allow attaching source to SDK

The homebrew install of elixir does not leave the .ex and .erl files under /usr/loca/Cellar/elixir/, so the sources need to be checked out from https://github.com/elixir-lang/elixir at the correct tag and then use some mechanism to attach those sources to the Libraries created in #112. Requested by @prodev42 in #77.
