Intellij-elixir: Emmet not working in small IDE html.eex

In IntelliJ CE, emmet shortcuts work and you do not need to define anything for Embedded Elixir, per the Readme.md.

However in RubyMine, you get no syntax highlighting or anything unless you DO define *.hmtl.eex with a template language of HTML. Doing that does allow for syntax highlighting and inspections to work, but the Emmet HTML expansion shortcuts do not work. If you set it to HTML instead of Embedded Elixir they do, but then you lose the Elixir syntax.

Not a huge PITA, but just a little annoyance and a little extra typing required.

I'm using IntelliJ 2019.1. Emmet and HTML formatting isn't working for me either. I also cannot jump to definition of any embedded Elixir functions.

FYI - Emmet seemed to have started working for me again in RM with 11.9.1 (or somewhere around there). Seemed to break with 11.9.2, but hit or miss. Sometimes it works, other times when I restart the IDE it does not.

I tried going back to 11.9.1 via zip, it worked. I went up to 11.9.2 and it still worked. Restarted the IDE, stopped working. Tried 11.9.1 again, still no go. Updated to 11.9.2 and restarted...working. Seems random whether or not it picks it up.
