Instapy: Community decisions for future features

The users are the most important aspect of InstaPy. Listening to their needs and wishes should be priority N.1. By providing a sorted list of possible future features, which are ranked by the amount of upvotes, we will enable users to make sure their proposals will be worked on.

Advantages of this feature:

• Features that actually will be used
• Features that are proposed by users with experience in growth hacking and know what methods work

Possible ways of achieving this while keeping control:

• Using a third party tool to curate a list of set up issues (this needs doubling every feature request in a third party service... :( )
• using the issues section and looking for issues marked with the feature request label, sorted by most upvotes

I would link "Feature Request" requests, directly to Bounty Source. That means, if someone wants a new feature to be developed by the InstaPy contributors, the requester should start with a bounty (a minimum value is ok).
