Feature Request

__Proposal:__ DTLS support

__Current behavior:__ Only unencrypted UDP data transfer is possible

__Desired behavior:__ Have TLS encryption over UDP

__Use case:__ Possibility to securely send UDP data over the Internet (IoT for instance).

This is exactly my use case hence the feature request @jcmartins.

I don't know how to upvote this better but here is my like/thumbs-up: :+1:

There can be many people who rely on the UDP data source, so give them security, too. One use case comes to my mind right away, the Proxmox hypervisor uses UDP to transfer metrics: https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/External_Metric_Server
