Incubator-echarts: 可不可以给 graph 图 layout: 为 force,设置边界 不要让节点超出画布

What problem does this feature solve?

目前，如果设置force关系图， 如果设置距离大一点，就会初始化 节点就慢慢移出画布canvas

What does the proposed API look like?

设置一个边界线，可以让其不消失在画布中

+1 很需要，最好可以设置整个图在画布中的显示位置，比如靠左或者靠右
