Identityserver4.admin: Add-Migration error

I cloned the project . When I try to add migrations:
Add-Migration DbInit1 -context AdminDbContext -output Data/Migrations
I get this error:

Follow the error message，i try to overrid method OnConfiguring in AdminDbContext,problem solved！
