Idea-php-symfony2-plugin: CPU going crazy

For a few days now (I don't know exactly when), if I activate the Symfony plugin my CPU will go crazy (so far it has gone up to 350%). I don't see it doing any indexing or anything at all, just eating my CPU..
I'm using a Mac Book Pro on OS X El Capitan.

Same here, mostly when editing twig templates.
I'm also on a MBP & El Capitan.

Damn I tried many previous version, except that one. Thanks! CPU is indeed back to normal.
To be more precise : CPU high load happened for me only when displaying Twig templates.

Same here, I was working on a Twig template which displays a form and CPU load was fine until I added some form_row()'s and it increased up to 350%.

Exact same behavior editing twig. CPU reached 500% ! As soon as I switch to another not-a-twig file, my CPU comes back to acceptable load. I'm using OSX Sierra.

I tried latest version, and get no luck, CPU is still going crazy on twig templates :(

Same problem for me, as soon as I open any twig file my CPU is at 100% load.
Even reverting back to 0.12.127 doesn't fix the problem for me right now.

Same. Only on some Twig templates. Plugin version 0.12.132. Reverting to 0.12.127 does not fix the problem.

I had this issue on El Capitan (OS X 10.11)
Now updated to Sierra (macOS 10.12) and seems this issue it not appearing.

Same problem with twig templates for me.

Same problem for me after recent update. But insted of phpstorm opendirectoryd is using a lot of cpu when editing twig files

@GrandLTU i am currently improving and refactoring Twig implementation a lot. nice to hear that the bottleneck was moved ;)
