Hyper: Bump version for 1.3.3 in app/package.json

Looks like the version didn't get bumped in app/package.json for 1.3.3: https://github.com/zeit/hyper/blob/1.3.3/app/package.json#L5

This causes "Version 1.3.3 is available. Performance improvements 🚀" to show up when you start the app.

Oh, I see it was already bumped in 0080f1da81373964b3631065e27cbf4b7a535d0d but that was after the release and 1.3.3 tag

it's 1.3.3 in master now, and next release we'll do it right 👍
