@dariocravero We shouldn't probably expect this since it's not the macOS native behavior – double click changes the size of the window, some apps respect the viewport width as the max, other expand app to the screen edges, but none actually make it go full screen.

By full screen show/hide, do you mean the non native full screen support that was introduced around macos 10.7? if so, i would like the same.

@nathanielescribano do you mean the ctrl-enter shortcut for instant fullscreen, without having to wait for the slow changing screens animation? If so I agree, and haven't seen an issue for this.
