Is there a special blocker stopping the last year+ of work being cut as v2.3.0?

There's no blocker, except my over-zealous plans for the next stable release. I'll cut v2.3 as soon as I finish merging a couple of ready PRs and leave whatever is left for v3.0.

I would also love to offer a hand and take some work off you if possible @mislav. This tool has proved indispensable in my daily workflow.

Perhaps we could cut a pre11 release and make it available on homebrew, chocolatey, etc. and have more people try it out and report remaining issues?

Thanks for the offers for help. I've done some work on hub in the past days and I'm close to a release.
