Trackers and telemetry are not malicious either that doesn't mean they don't belong here.Looking at the domain in question looks like one of those.

This means to me that not only do they have ability to do targeted ads, but that data is also shared with 3rd parties. I'm not a lawyer, so maybe I miss understand, but I've already agreed to remove them from my list if they support the EEF's DNT privacy policy. The ball is in their court.
