Hls.js: Gitter or Slack channel

Hi.

It would be super nice if we could have a Gitter or Slack channel to ask about small quirky things that does not qualify as a Github issue.

I see that there is a Dailymotion channel on Gitter. But there's 1 room and 1 person so probably not an official channel?
