Hammer.js: version: "Hammer.JS - v2.0.8 - 2016-09-30"

This version does not seem to work, older but with the distribution version (Hammer.JS - v2.0.8 - 2016-04-23) the source code is very different but it works. Sadly it dose not have solved problems with dragging and releasing of element.
