Halflife: [HL] Scientist don't display fear animations
For some reason the Fear Animations are cut or broken on scientist, The scientist in fear only displays a voice line and not a animation (The models have the two animations for them).

This is a cut behaviour from the game. It's replaced with running away when they're scared. At this point Valve isn't interested bringing back unused and cut stuff on game, they just fix stuff.
