Halflife: [GoldSource/CS][Feature] Drop at death more items

Drop all their weapons when they die unless restrict some weapons from being dropped.

At least should be set to drop the greandes like in CZ. Some cvar should be set to restrict & toggle it.

I don't think it's a good idea at all. Maybe add a CVar.
