If you bind stopsound command and spamming key when shooting, you can hear hits enemies.

Not a bug. Game feature to clear loads of sounds. It has its place and doesn't need to belong to cheat cvars or controlled by server in any way.

Not a bug. Game feature to clear loads of sounds. It has its place and doesn't need to belong to cheat cvars or controlled by server in any way.
It's not the intended use of it, you're exploiting it to get a great advantage on your enemies, should be patched.
