Limiting the time in that the player can change his name by a cvar would be really nice, what i mean is after the player changed his name, block the name change (as it does when the player is dead) for X amount of seconds (configurated by cvar), after the time passed, change the name.

a penalization for killing yourself many times (as there's one for hostage and teammates killing) too
